Simple Case

Sequin is designed to handle simple submissions containing a single
short mRNA sequence.
The sequence is entered using the standard FASTA format (single-letter
nucleic acid codes, with one or more entries in the file
indicated by an asterisk (\*)), and the sequence should be
between 50 and 5,000 characters.

Click the Add file to go to the File
Selector, and navigate to a local directory and select the
file to be added, or you can select one from a directory on your
computer, by using the Browse button.

the Comment button,
and you can edit the sequence in the Comment page by
clicking on the appropriate line in the Comment page.

Sequin has the ability to submit a sequence in the form
of blocks of sequences.
A Segmented Sequence is a FASTA sequence followed by a
comment block, and is delimited by an entry in the
comment block (usually the characters #).

The present invention relates to a coordinate input device, and a method of manufacturing the coordinate input device.
2. Description of the Related Art
Conventionally, there has been known a coordinate input device that is capable of inputting information of a coordinate specified by a user based on a touch by bringing a position of a finger (coordinate input position) into contact with a coordinate input surface. Such a coordinate input device has, for example, a structure that employs a transparent substrate having a transparent coordinate input surface, a coordinate detection electrode disposed in the coordinate input surface, a transparent protective film, and a plurality of drive electrodes disposed on the coordinate detection electrode, where the drive electrodes are connected to a drive circuit that generates a potential between the coordinate detection electrode and the drive electrode.
In such a coordinate input device, an electric current flows between the drive electrode and the drive circuit based on the contact between the finger and the coordinate input surface, where the drive circuit causes the drive electrode to generate a predetermined potential. Based on the potential, the drive circuit determines whether the coordinate input position is located on the coordinate detection electrode or not, and based on the determination result, the drive circuit generates coordinate data representing a coordinate of the coordinate input position.

Sequin is a stand-alone application to handle submissions to GenBank, EMBL, and DDBJ databases. The application can handle entries with an ASCII text file with format Sequin_entry_v1.1.dtd. It can also handle sequential records from an ASCII file, for example for a serial analysis of cDNA (SAGE) experiment. Sequin can also handle complex submissions such as DNA sequences, various types of alignments and phylogenetic trees (see the “File Formats and Examples” section below), including set of sequences, or one or more sequences with annotations (i.e., BLAST matches, pairwise alignments, or multiple alignments). The application will also display the record in a data table, and will allow the user to create another submission for use in online submission systems.
